From the island to the mountains in search of healing, wisdom and growth.

The idea of creating BREATH IS LIFE is a natural outflow for Sophie.
In 2019 she left the beaches and her island to immerse herself into the practice and teachings of Ancient Himalayan yog-vedantic teachings at Sattva Yoga Academy, at the foot of the Himalayas near Rishikesh. Sophie has studied Vedic meditation, Himalayan breath work, Kriya, Ayurveda and Vedic astrology.

Sophie has always been interested in growing and healing herself and those around her, to enjoy life fully. She started on this path in 2007, studying Cranial Sacral Therapy, and graduated in 2011. Sophie is also certified from Sattva yoga academy in 2019.

Sophie experienced the capacity of the body to heal itself and knows deeply that the best healer is our own self. After learning & practising the ancient yogic wisdom and techniques she realised that one can maintain a good state of health and a high level of energy in whatever life conditions by introducing yoga into their life. The holistic approach that is designed to enliven the potential in each individual that is committed to practice. Sophie is interested to share these practices around her in group settings, one to one and corporate workshops.
